Event Ticketing & Admin Management System (Party House 2026)

Designed and developed a comprehensive ticketing solution for "Party House," engineered to manage high-volume bookings for the "New Year 2026" event. This project bridges a high-converting frontend UX with a robust backend management system, built entirely within the Webflow ecosystem.

Features:
1.Dynamic Booking Engine Leveraging Webflow App Gen, I built an intelligent booking form that adapts to user input.
Auto-Generation: Form fields and pricing summaries auto-calculate in real-time based on attendee count.
Ticket Logic: Supports complex tiering (VIP vs Normal) and duration options (1 Day vs 3 Days) with dynamic surcharges.
Promo Engine: Integrated logic for discount codes (eg- 'EARLYBIRD') that apply instant percentage-based deductions.

2.Secure Role-Based Admin Dashboard The core deliverable is a custom, responsive Admin Dashboard for full event lifecycle control.
Role-Based Access (RBAC): Implemented dual-layer security distinguishing between Admins (Full access+Deletion rights) and Managers (View/Update only).
Booking Management: Staff can view detailed booking IDs and manually update payment statuses (Pending➝Completed➝Failed).
Inventory Control:"Admin-Only" deletion protocol permanently removes invalid bookings and automatically releases seats back to the available inventory pool.

3.Analytics & Reporting:
Real-Time Visualization: Integrated interactive charts to track KPIs, including Revenue over Time, Demographics (Age/Gender), & Ticket Type distribution.
PDF Export: Built a one-click reporting tool that generates detailed sales reports containing summary statistics and financial breakdowns.

Result:
Successfully centralized the event management workflow, replacing manual spreadsheets with a secure, automated digital infrastructure that handles capacity tracking, revenue reporting, and attendee management seamlessly across all devices.
