Sanket Khuntale - Website Migration

Executed a complete migration of a high-volume photography portfolio from WordPress to Webflow. The primary objective was to move away from plugin dependency and create a faster, more secure platform for showcasing high-resolution commercial work.

• CMS Migration: Mapped and migrated complex content structures (Advertising, Products, Motion, Personal) from WordPress into Webflow CMS, ensuring a seamless transition of hundreds of portfolio items.
• Asset Optimization: Implemented Webflow’s responsive image optimization and lazy loading to handle image-heavy pages (Product & Advertising galleries) without sacrificing load speed or visual quality.
• SEO Preservation: Managed critical 301 redirects to preserve the SEO authority built on the legacy WordPress site, ensuring no loss in organic traffic during the switch.
• Outcome: A maintenance-free, high-performance portfolio that allows the photographer to update galleries instantly without worrying about plugin updates or security vulnerabilities.
